Alturas is a production builder, not a custom builder: you choose from their floor plans and finishes rather than designing from scratch. Valnova
EAGLE FOOTHILLS · NORTH OF DOWNTOWN EAGLE
Valnova is a large master-planned community of roughly 6,000 acres in the foothills just north of downtown Eagle. Amenities include a 2.5-acre lake for paddleboarding, an indoor/outdoor pool, a fitness center, hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts, and hiking, biking and walking trails. Alturas has its first Valnova homes underway, with several plans estimated to finish in December.
