Living in Pinnacle
Pinnacle is a master-planned community by Brighton in south Meridian, at Lake Hazel and Locust Grove Roads. It is part of the 600-acre Apex West plan and sits in Meridian's SO|ME district, next to Discovery Park and close to the South Meridian YMCA.
Amenities include two community pools, indoor and outdoor fitness, an indoor community center, an outdoor amphitheater, a large gathering park, small parks with playgrounds and paved paths that connect the neighborhoods. Some streets have alley-loaded homes with garages in back, and a gated section is reserved for buyers 55 and older.
Homes are mostly single-family on lots of up to about a sixth of an acre, with some duplexes. HOA dues are about $700 a year. Pinnacle is in the West Ada School District and is planned to be built out over about 15 years.
