Ledgestone sits at the southeast corner of Hubbard Road and Locust Grove Road, on the Meridian side of Kuna, with Patagonia to the north. I-84 at Meridian Road is about 11 minutes away.
CBH Homes began building here in 2021. The plan covers about 61 acres and 253 homesites, including alley-load townhome lots. Most homes are single-family, about 1,500 to 2,100 square feet with three or four bedrooms, on lots of roughly 0.10 to 0.16 acre.
A central park has a gazebo, picnic areas and a half basketball court, and a pathway runs along Mason Creek. HOA dues are about $600 a year.
