Valor is a master-planned community on the east side of Kuna near Kuna Road and Cloverdale Road, built around the Falcon Crest golf course. Downtown Kuna is about 11 minutes away and Boise Airport about 25.
Building started in 2022 and continues in phases with builders including Tresidio, Toll Brothers, Berkeley and Shadow, plus Shea Homes in Trilogy at Valor, a gated 55+ section. Most homes are single-family, about 1,800 to 3,000 square feet with three or four bedrooms, on lots of roughly 0.12 to 0.23 acre.
Amenities include pools, clubhouses, a fitness center, pickleball courts and parks, with golf next door. HOA dues vary by section and run about $2,650 a year on average, so check the dues for the specific section you are looking at.
